What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving programmes to deliver on time and within budget
  • Managing compliance, quality, and health & safety standards
  • Building strong client and subcontractor relationships
  • Motivating, supporting, and developing your project team

  • Strong contractual knowledge and understanding of NZS 3910
  • Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven leadership and ability to motivate teams
  • Strong planning, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
Why This Role?

Join a respected, forward-thinking construction business that values its people and delivers high-quality projects across the region.

You’ll enjoy a supportive team culture, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to build a great life in one of New Zealand’s most affordable and liveable regions.

For a confidential discussion about the role; reach out to Natasha Anderson, [email protected] or call me on 021 242 3324.

Applicants must hold a valid New Zealand work visa.
