Project Manager CMS BENELUX (w/m/d)
Job description
We develop and offer globally leading software solutions and services for a wide range of customer scenarios in the field of Collection Management Software (SaaS). Over 1100 international customers and more than 7000 users are supported by our 100 employees from our headquarters in Switzerland, as well as our subsidiaries in Germany, USA, France, Spain, Finland, Australia, and our global sales partners.
We are looking for a Project Manager (w/m/d) to strengthen our team, which leads projects for the introduction of MuseumPlus and eMuseumPlus at new customers, as well as the realization of Change Requests, and to increase our customer proximity in the emerging Benelux region, with connection to the Berlin branch office, starting after agreement.
Aufgaben
- Implementation of our software solutions in museums, collections, galleries, and archives (focus on Benelux, then further Europe)
- Planning, execution, control, and monitoring of customer projects of various sizes, in multiproject management according to time and budget specifications
- Demonstration of standard features, showing functional possibilities, and delimitation from customization
- If necessary, analysis of further customer requirements and specification of adjustments. Realization with our technical experts through configuration and code extension
- Implementation of add-ons and new product releases for existing customers (modules, app, online publication)
- Leadership of data migrations with limited complexity or self-configured data imports using our standard interface
- Formulation of work packages, commissioning the project teams, and ensuring performance quality through execution of release tests, organization of customer tests (UAT) and project closures
- Effective communication with stakeholders and Customer Care stands at the center, including project meetings, workshops, and status reporting
- Occasional support for presales activities and in case of support incidents (2nd Level)
Qualifikation
- University degree (preferably in computer science, economics, or cultural sciences) and a great interest and pleasure in working for customers in the field of cultural heritage
- Experience in leading customer projects in IT or web-based applications, preferably at a service provider company
- High self-reliance, personal responsibility, and team ability, even and especially in virtual team daily life
- Very good communication skills in Dutch and English (in writing and speech). Good communication skills in German. Communication skills in French are an asset
- Professional experience in Belgium and/or the Netherlands
- Ongoing enthusiasm for understanding new customer needs as well as detailed execution
- Routine in switching between commercial and technical perspectives
- Experience in configuring business applications from an advantage
- Knowledge of Collection Management Systems or basics of archival and documentation from an advantage
- Skillful use of Helpdesk/Ticket/Task management systems from an advantage
- Routine and infrastructure for effective remote work are available
- Work and life center in the vicinity of the Benelux region
- Readiness to travel as needed and agreed (national and international)
