Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project and team management, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. While not mandatory, candidates with academic backgrounds in Mechanical, Civil, or Production, CS, IT Engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.
Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.
Work from On Site / Client Location when ever needed.

Nice to have:

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
AI-Technical understanding.

Must have:

B.E./B.Tech
Multiple Project Management Experience,
Excellent Communication and Project Management skills.
