Project Manager: Category Management/Einkauf
Job description
- You are responsible for methodically leading sub-projects, including steering and ensuring project goals regarding progress, deadlines, and resources for strategic projects in the category management/einkauf area at BILLA. You lead your projects across departments and document the results precisely.
- In addition to methodical sub-project leadership, you bring relevant methodological competencies into project work (Advisor-Tool-Kit). You ensure that all participants have the necessary tools and techniques for successful project implementation.
- You work across departments with various functional areas, such as controlling and inventory flow management. Moreover, you are responsible for interface management to logistics.
- You develop solid decision-making foundations and create presentations for top management.
- Your tasks include moderation and preparation of project workshops on various topics with a focus on logistics.
- You regularly conduct comprehensive analyses of project performance and report clearly and convincingly to all relevant stakeholders about progress. Through active stakeholder management, you significantly contribute to the project's success by building and maintaining clear communication and trusting relationships.
