Job description
- As Project Manager, you are responsible for the conceptual preparation and organizational and content-related accompaniment of the implementation, which is necessary within the framework of a system change in the IT landscape of the REWE Group.
- After an initial onboarding at the central office of REWE International AG in Wr. Neudorf, you will move to the REWE Group headquarters in Cologne, where you will be introduced to the IT system and related processes.
- After this phase, you will return to your team in strategic project management for category management/procurement in Wr. Neudorf with your newly acquired knowledge. You will prepare the transformation in Austria and accompany the implementation intensively.
- You adapt the learned processes and requirements to Austrian circumstances and accompany their implementation and control of success.
- You develop solid decision-making foundations and create convincing presentations for various committees.
- You maintain close exchange with numerous internal departments to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer. Through active stakeholder management, you promote clear communication and trusting relationships.
