Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute projects to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets Lead contractor and subcontractor teams to meet plant requirements Monitor project costs and scope Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives Assist in CAPEX application processes Ensure SHER and food safety compliance across all projects Manage Plant and general plant projects Provide dairy processing expertise across the group Support the Plant Manager in improving plant operations and processes Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members Identify and mitigate risks to project success Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management Team up with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives Ensure project deliverables meet customer and stakeholder expectations Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals and objectives Ensure project closure and lessons learned are documented and shared with stakeholders and management
