Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with solid industrial project experience to support project specification development, resource planning, vendor coordination, team leadership, compliance oversight, and progress reporting. Daily commute or relocation to the project site (70–100 km from Bucharest) is required.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the project team to determine the specifications of the project.

• Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors.

• Support obtaining permits and licenses from relevant authorities.

• Determine the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while considering budget constraints.

• Assist in planning operations and scheduling project phases to ensure deadlines are met.

• Manage team members and allocate responsibilities effectively.

• Lead the project team and oversee interactions with clients and contractors.

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed project reports.

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction project manager with focus on industrial projects.

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

• Knowledge of food industry processes, including manufacturing, packaging, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

• Good proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Familiarity with construction and project management software.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Team player with proven leadership abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a related field.

• PMP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.

• Availability for business trips and willingness to relocate for project needs.
