Project Manager (BIL)

Job Overview: We seek a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our new venture. This role involves working closely with our in-house teams, including Sales Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing Managers, to ensure the successful setup and ongoing management of our operations. The Project Manager will be pivotal in tracking progress, identifying challenges, and ensuring milestones are met within set time frames. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Project Execution: Oversee and manage project tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and executives. Ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Project Monitoring and Control: Track and report project metrics, including budget, schedule, and scope. Identify and address deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as needed. Key Requirements: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile, are a plus.
