Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field

• Course in Project Management

• Higher education – Faculty of Construction

• Knowledge of foreign languages: English,

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express), Internet navigation

Description of the job

• Supervise the project from signing to completion.

• Plan activities, budget, and identify necessary resources.

• Coordinate and communicate efficiently with technical responsible for execution.

• Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with planning.

• Communicate efficiently with contractors responsible for completing different phases of the project.

• Lead and organize production process, manage materials, equipment, and workforce at the assigned site;

• Maintain and respect strictly the budget, quality standards, and safety, in accordance with imposed standards.

• Periodically inspect the construction site.

• Ensure that project documents are complete.

• Communicate efficiently with the beneficiary of the work.

• Participate in weekly site meetings
