Project Manager

At Baufest, our mission is to improve lives with technology, generating a positive impact on society. Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager (Freelance) to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Project Integration: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic vision for the project, ensuring all decisions and activities align with organizational objectives and contribute to long-term success.
• Operational Execution: Transform strategic planning into concrete actions and tangible results, coordinating all operational aspects of the project to ensure project outcomes in terms of billing, profit, time, contractually committed deliverables to the client, and customer satisfaction. Use of agile methodologies and digital tools to optimize efficiency.
• Leadership and Communication: Effectively lead the project team and establish clear communication channels that facilitate collaboration, maintain motivation, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with objectives. Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders. Position yourself as a reference point at the client's decision-making levels, to become a “trusted advisor” enabling us to generate new business opportunities.
• Professional Growth and Team Development (Growth): Foster the professional growth of team members while executing the project, creating an environment of continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience managing complex technological transformation projects or programs.
• Proven experience in delivery throughout the entire cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, integration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
• Experience coordinating initiatives related to ERP, master data (Master Data Desirable), billing, sales, distribution, CRM, or other enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams without relying on a direct reporting relationship.
• Solid experience managing external vendors and distributed teams from Business and Technology areas.
• Advanced knowledge of project planning, milestone management, dependency management, change control, testing governance, and operational readiness.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and preparing structured delivery reports.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments, combining Agile methodologies and traditional approaches.
• Advanced professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalents in management/delivery will be valued.
