Project Manager (banking)

• Studies in economic or IT field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating IT projects (Agile and Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, analysis, and organization skills.
• Able to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa.
• Experience with Jira is an advantage.

• Coordinate allocated projects, identifying and managing risks, impediments, and deviations from plan.
• Ensure the efficient execution of projects, providing rapid solutions and support to involved teams.
• Monitor project progress in Waterfall or Agile, reporting constantly on timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and status updates; centralize decisions and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between the team and suppliers and take care of escalations when necessary.
• As Scrum Master, support the team in defining sprint objectives, estimating, and maintaining pace.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Business Analyst on planning versions and defining user stories.
• Measure and report essential Agile indicators (velocity, progress in sprints, US completed).
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
