Project Manager

At Falabella we are looking for a professional with experience leading technological and digital transformation projects, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned to business. Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Hybrid schedule Main responsibilities: * Manage projects from start to finish ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality fulfillment. * Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of projects. * Analyze and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Participate in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company. * Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). * 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.).
