Project Manager @ OChK

• minimum two years of experience in managing IT projects on the side of a service/solution provider for the end client,
• basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (including, for example, networks, applications, PaaS services) and IT security,
• basic knowledge of IT manufacturing and implementation tools and processes (including CI/CD),
• familiarity with project management support tools (e.g., Jira),
• ability to plan and organize activities and resources within the managed project,
• very good ability to manage budget, schedule, scope, and risk in a project using appropriate tools (Google Workspace and/or M365),
• high communication skills with clients both in the Polish and foreign markets (command of English at least B2 level),
• analytical skills allowing to anticipate project challenges and quickly adapt to new solutions and changing needs,
• proactive attitude and readiness to propose and implement new solutions.

Nice to have:

• knowledge of a selected cloud computing platform (Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure), including knowledge of functional and technical architecture,
• ability to use cloud services to solve a specific business problem,
• experience in cooperating with DevOps teams or working as a business or system analyst,
• project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM certificate).
