Job in a hybrid model from Warsaw - 3 days a week work from the office, 2 days remotely - experience in payment projects - English C1/C2 - experience in leading business Project Manager, where key will be experience in leading SteerCo and communication with SteerCo. - International Project Management: Experience in leading international projects, including diverse teams and cultural areas. Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is necessary. - Project Management Methodologies: Experience in using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for project management. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an asset. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in leading business projects as a Project Manager. Experience in payment projects and international project management is required. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is necessary. - Language: English C1/C2 level.
