One of the fastest-growing teams at Colliers is Define – a team of architects, researchers, cost estimators, project managers, and many other specialists. For the part related to fit-out project implementation, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Project Manager Assistant or Assistant / Assistant Project Manager.

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Support in managing construction site projects (fit–out);
• Participation in local visioning sessions to verify scope and necessary changes;
• SUPPORT IN COST OPTIMIZATION AND SCOPE;
• Participation in preparing project budgets;
• Analysis of client requirements from the perspective of value engineering ’;
• Cooperation with subcontractors and participation in negotiations for construction and installation work contracts;
• Supervision, verification, and coordination of ongoing work.
  

Our expectations:

• Fundamental technical knowledge gained in a technical school / electrical school or on studies (completed or in progress) on a technical track such as: land engineering, electrotechnics, environmental engineering;
• Interest in technical knowledge, formal and technological, and willingness to expand it;
• Willingness to learn and possibility of cooperation with the best specialists from the industry;
• Possibility of full-time or at least 4/5 time work;
• Adequate English language proficiency.
