Project Manager

Role Overview We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team and lead the delivery of projects across various sectors, including construction, infrastructure, and commercial fit-out. Key Responsibilities Include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinating and managing project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients. • Managing project risks, issues, and changes, and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plan. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, issues, and decisions. • Collaborating with the Head of Projects to develop and implement project strategies and plans. • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Participating in project reviews and lessons-learned exercises to continuously improve project delivery. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks. • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply project management information.
