Project Manager

Job Title: Project / Program Manager II – Advanced (UAT / Testing)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in UAT and testing of financial/accounting platforms, preferably with exposure to Eagle Accounting, SunGard, or similar accounting systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing testing activities related to platform upgrades, migrations, integrations, and business-critical enhancements within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate UAT/testing activities for financial and accounting platform initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Validate system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UAT/testing for financial or accounting platforms.
• Exposure to Eagle Accounting, SunGard, ServiceNow, or similar accounting tools.
• Project/program management experience within BFSI or Asset & Wealth Management domain.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Location: Bengaluru (JPMorgan Chase Towers)

Experience: 8+ Years

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: 4 Days Work from Office

Shift: 1:30 PM / 2:30 PM onwards IST

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
