Project Manager- Area Sardinia

LHH For a leading company in the energy services and public lighting sector, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage strategic projects on the territory of Sardinia. The resource will operate with broad autonomy, responsible for managing the entire contract: from planning to closure, passing through the realization phase in the workshop, operational coordination and safety management. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Coordination of operative activities and verification of service quality. - Management of the contract's economic account, with budget preparation and monitoring. - Supervision of subcontracting companies and optimization of resources. - Project team coordination, fostering motivation, collaboration, and goal achievement. - Safety management in the workshop and conformity to technical regulations. - Monitoring of work progress and contract closure. Your Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements (insert hard skills): - Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering. - At least 3 years' experience in managing public tenders and construction sites (thermal and electrical). - Knowledge of sector technical regulations and process management techniques. - Excellent proficiency in the Office package, particularly Excel.
