Hiring: Project Manager (Fintech / BFSI) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Experience: 4 Years We are looking for a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver fintech product and technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to deployment Define scope, timelines, and success criteria Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA & external partners Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure effective issue resolution and risk management Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution Key Skills: Strong understanding of fintech industry trends and technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent desirable
