Job Description As a Project Manager at AP-Tech, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of projects related to advanced automation systems and airport infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedule, and budget. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings and prepare project reports. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans. Proactively manage project issues, escalating as necessary. Ensure timely resolution of project issues. Quality Management: Ensure that projects meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits. Manage the project documentation. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and track project costs. Prepare financial reports and forecasts. Ensure projects are delivered within budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management). Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the aviation or technology industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
