Project Manager amenajare filiale

Main responsibilities:

• Planning of stores that are to be opened;
• Coordination and supervision of contractors/furnishers contracted at the central level for stores;
• Verification of technical requirements implemented in lease contracts;
• Issuance and assignment of orders;
• Negotiation with external service providers and partners;
• Coordination with other departments at the central office in both Bucharest and Dortmund.

• Techincal foresight ability;
• Independent and responsible work style;
• Motivation to achieve objectives, resistance to stress and workload;
• Decision-making capacity and assertiveness;
• Driving license category B;
• Availability for travel;
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience in daily activity;
• Independent and responsible work style, as well as a confident and self-assured attitude;
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action;
• A very good level of English language proficiency, spoken and written, with German being an advantage;
• Higher education with a technical profile.
