Who we are

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company active in the development of energy and infrastructure projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager, to be assigned respectively to the area of:

• Photovoltaic (PV) plant development
• Data Center development

The position

The resource will follow the various phases of project development, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the achievement of the initiative's technical, economic, and time objectives.

We are looking for professionals who have gained experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Management and monitoring of the authorization and administrative process of projects;
• Coordination and supervision of site activities;
• Economic-financial management of the project, budgeting, and cost control;
• Negotiation with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, and partners involved in the initiative's development.

Requirements

• Professional experience typically between 2 and 5 years;
• Preference given to candidates from the renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, plant engineering, or data center sectors;
• We are also interested in evaluating candidates from other sectors (e.g., automotive, industry, construction, engineering) who have developed solid project management skills and experience in managing complex projects;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Problem-solving attitude and priority management skills;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility for travel in Italy and France.
• Plus: Knowledge of industry software packages (PVSYST, PVdesign, Autocad, etc.).
