Job Description
- Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet real-world business needs;
- Drive adoption of AI tools through training, demos, and continuous support;
- Foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation across commercial, operational, and support teams;
- Manage relationships with AI technology providers and ensure alignment on deliverables, quality, and timelines;
- Partner with origination and trading teams to identify AI opportunities that enhance market prospecting, customer intelligence, pricing, and structuring capabilities;
- Develop solutions that support lead identification, client engagement, and real-time market insight through AI agents and automation;
- Monitor solution performance using agreed KPIs, including deal conversion, time-to-execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
