TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected WA contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a flagship $35M retirement living project south of the river. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major development while working with a contractor known for its stability, robust systems, and quality delivery across WA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for a $35M retirement living development
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor agreements
- Drive program delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting and maintain commercial performance throughout the build
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $20M–$50M+
- Background in retirement living, mixed-use, or large residential developments highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in program, budget, and stakeholder management
- Ability to resolve challenges quickly while ensuring delivery remains on time and within scope
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Perth-based project experience and full Australian working rights
- Competitive salary package of $220K–$240K + Super (commensurate with experience)
