Job description
Join a leading microfinance institution and play a pivotal role in a transformative 3-year project aimed at empowering small agricultural producers. As a Programme Manager, you will lead efforts to expand financial access, enhance entrepreneurial skills, and foster sustainable economic growth.
- Oversee and ensure the effective and timely delivery of all program activities.
- Coordinate with beneficiary-focused delivery teams and support functions.
- Manage day-to-day operations, staff supervision, planning, and budgeting.
- Coordinate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in relevant fields preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally with EU or donor-funded projects.
- Proven ability to manage cross-organizational teams and partnerships.
- Experience in rural development, agricultural support, or microfinance is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MEL systems, results-based management, and grant management.
- Fluency in the local language; strong English skills preferred.
