Project Management Specialist

The Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) is a permanent structure on the Global accounts, responsible for driving continuous innovation and support large-scale complex client projects such as acquisitions or divestitures, and our clients’ strategic project roadmap. The aim is to work across global accounts, leading strategic initiatives aimed at driving consistency of delivery, transformation and business improvement and innovation with our key global clients. The role will act as a Strategic Program Manager, responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for large-scale complex client projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes defining project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resource allocation, as well as identifying and mitigating risks. Additionally, the role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in managing large-scale complex projects across multiple geographies and cultures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
