Project Management roles - Data Centers (Various Roles)

We're inviting expressions of interest from all levels of Project Delivery / Project Management professionals to join our Melbourne team as we continue to expand our data center portfolio across the region. The responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
