Project Management Manager

As Contract Risk Manager, you are jointly responsible for the strategy, pricing, execution, and settlement of maintenance contracts. You are also responsible for managing the contractual aspects thereof. In this role, you are a spider in the web: you work closely with the Maintenance Management and Preparatory Work departments, and maintain contact with customers. As a result, you are able to signal risks early on and adjust accordingly. These are your main tasks:

· You ensure timely tenders based on a correct assessment of feasibility, risks, and return.

· You identify risks, opportunities, and deviations based on available data and discussions with internal stakeholders.

· You monitor contractual KPIs and adjust as needed.

· You make the financial impact of expected deviations and measures visible.

· You monitor risk management measures.

· You make agreements with clients regarding contract changes and extra work.

· You monitor contractual payments.

· You support the transition of Contract and Risk Management to a national department.
