Project Management Manager

We are looking for a Project Management Manager to help us take project management to the next level and contribute to creating an efficient, predictable, and scalable way of working for our projects.

You will have a role with direct impact on how projects are planned, prioritized, coordinated, and delivered, working closely with cross-functional teams and company management.

🔹 Responsibilities

- Define and implement project management methodology and standards;

- Monitor project performance and track key KPIs;

- Consolidate and present executive status updates to management;

- Coordinate project planning from the perspective of scope, cost, timeline, and resources;

- Identify and manage inter-project dependencies and risks;

- Define KPIs and maturity indicators for the PMO function;

- Ensure that deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met;

- Coordinate resource allocation and monitor team capacity and workload;

- Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous process improvement;

- Contribute to the development of project management competencies and the growth of organizational maturity.

🔹 The Profile We Are Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Management Manager, ideally in a technology environment;

- Relevant experience in coordinating complex projects and cross-functional teams;

- Experience in defining and implementing project management processes and methodologies;

- Good understanding of scope, cost, timeline, resource, and risk management;

- Analytical capability and ability to transform project data into relevant information for management decisions;

- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills;

- Leadership, autonomy, and results orientation;

- Continuous improvement mindset and interest in building scalable processes.
