What you'll do As a Project Management Consultant, you will advise clients on how to improve their project and program management capabilities. You will work with diverse project teams, utilizing project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will work on a variety of projects, including: * Project and Program Strategy * Project and Program Delivery * Project and Program Portfolio Management * Project Management Office (PMO) establishment and improvement * Agile Transformation * Project Recovery As a Project Management Consultant, you will: * Develop and maintain strong client relationships. * Lead project teams to deliver high-quality project management services. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. * Identify and mitigate project risks. * Develop and deliver project management training. * Contribute to business development activities, such as proposals and presentations. What you'll need * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in project management. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
