What you will achieve

• Project leadership and planning: You will be responsible for planning and leading architecture and interior architecture projects within the existing portfolio – from the design and realization phase to handover.
• Coordination of project participants: You will steer the collaboration with specialized planners such as structural engineers and building services engineers, ensuring a smooth project workflow.
• Bid preparation and cost management: You will prepare tenders, take over cost and schedule management, and ensure the quality of implementation.
• Development of project documents: You will create drawings, plans, and performance descriptions, and be responsible for project documentation.
• Contact person for property owners: You will accompany and advise the property owner's representative throughout the entire project duration.
