DasTeam - Projects from the tender phase to the handover to the client are responsible and managed - Experienced in dealing with large construction sites - Construction site management including procurement of necessary materials - Ensure timely compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction - Lead installation personnel and conduct employee interviews - Manage installation group - Customer service - Negotiate with suppliers, architects, and partners - Implement, control, and regularly inform on work safety/health protection goals

We expect:

• Completed training as a sanitary installer with several years of professional experience
• Further education to /to Project Leader/Sanitary or Building Technology Planner
• First leadership experience is advantageous
• Self-reliant, precise, and conscientious work style
• Professional appearance towards internal and external partners
• Team-oriented, reliable, and winning personality
• Verbal and written German language skills
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Valid driving license category B
