The tasks include planning and handling renovation and maintenance projects, responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, documentation, and administration of the building process. Ensure guarantee acceptance and guarantee work, maintain contacts with clients, authorities, and planners. Collaborate with architects, authorities, businesspeople, and craftsmen. Profile: Completed technical education with further training as a construction leader or comparable, several years of experience in project leadership, good computer and CAD knowledge, organizational skills, and problem-solving orientation. You are characterized by communication skills and stress tolerance. Good oral and written German language skills.
