Project Leader - Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Project Leader/Quantity Surveyor Location: Cape Town, South Africa Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader/Quantity Surveyor to join client's team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, project management, and construction cost control. The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDol programme. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to budget and quality standards; manage and coordinate with stakeholders; ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; prepare and present reports to stakeholders; provide guidance and support to team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; 5+ years' experience in quantity surveying, project management, and construction cost control; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
