PROJECT LEADER - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PROCESS

Adecco Italia Our client company is a leader in designing and manufacturing molds and cutting tools. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role gained in the metalworking industry. Bachelor's/Master's degree in technical area, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Good knowledge of Office systems, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, SAP, MS PROJECT. Good knowledge of English for interface with foreign clients. Responsibilities: Plan project activities assigned to you, respecting customer milestones and monitoring progress. Participate in project advancement meetings with the client. Participate in defining technical specifications for process equipment (molds, automation?) to be purchased or internally developed, monitor design, implementation, testing, and production start-up. Monitor prototype and pre-series production, report any deviations from what was planned, proposing corrective actions. Write internal documentation supporting the project and production processes (e.g., parameter sheets, control plans, packaging specifications?). Create and maintain product records, process cycles, material lists in the company's management system. Ensure technical support to the factory and client throughout the product life cycle. Participate in team activities such as PFMEA, QUALITY GATES, and product testing. Collaborate on R&D for developing new technologies and production equipment. Participate in customer audits providing technical support. Collaborate with the commercial department to optimize cost analysis and propose technical solutions. Ensure quality, productivity, and cost targets are met, reporting any deviations and proposing improvements. Work experiences: Engineering Project Manager - Industrial sector: METALWORKING INDUSTRY - 36 months. Degree: Bachelor's degree - Technical/Engineering - Mechanical Engineering. Languages known: English - Good understanding. Skills: Information Technology - Microsoft Project, level Good; SAP Business, level Sufficient. Availability: Full-time.
