Project Leader New Products

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for assigned projects;
• Create and maintain project documentation adhering to designated standards and workflows;
• Participation in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Leading project meetings and providing status updates to management;
• Identification of project risks, issues and trigger escalation process;
• Experienced in test management;
• Monitoring of financial health of the project;
• Track resource availability and allocation;
• Communicate changes that may impact users to the appropriate business stakeholders.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, planning);
• Studies in the electrical/ mechanical field;
• Knowledge of technical drawing;
• Knowledge of the overmoulding and injection moulding process is an advantage;
• At least one 5 years experience in the same position as Project Manager;
• Good planning skills for small-medium size projects;
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• Good presentation, prioritization and people management skills, ability to lead PM team;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Basic understanding of IT principles and knowledges – SAP, MS office;Experience in production driven projects, electrical products and injected plastics products;
• Fluent in English.
