Responsibilities of the function

• Led projects for product development, focusing on motors and systems (refrigeration, fuel feeding, aspiration, and exhaust).
• Coordinate activities from sourcing to implementation in production.
• Develop and execute project plans, defining activities, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and APQP requirements.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to resolve technical challenges and meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing projects for motors.
• Familiarity with APQP principles and quality practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in multifunctional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English.
