Project Leader HVAC and Sanitair

As Project Leader HVAC & Sanitair, you are the key player in our projects. You manage everything from preparation to delivery – technically, organizationally, and financially.

• You work out the project in the preparation phase: choice of materials, technical calculations, and start-up.
• In collaboration with our technical draughtsman, you set up execution plans and regulate necessary purchases.
• You lead construction meetings and are the point of contact for the client or study bureau.
• You direct technicians and subcontractors and work closely with your colleagues from calculation, design, and drawing department.
• You manage the budget, track expenses, and align with clients and construction leaders.
• You determine together with construction leaders which subcontractors are needed, ensure their planning, and follow up to see if they are being followed.
• You determine the required manpower per project phase in consultation with construction leaders.
• You ensure that all environmental and safety regulations are correctly followed on the construction site.
• The construction sites are located throughout Flanders. Depending on the site, you will be 50/50 or 20/80 office and on-site.
