Job description Project planning or project guidance for individual projects and implementation of project orders. Determination and optimization of costs related to the construction process within the framework of project preparation and execution. Interface to internal and external project participants (building, house, and electrical engineering, etc.). Organization and conduct of tender procedures as well as allocation of orders in collaboration with the internal client, taking into account the applicable limits and guidelines. Coordination and control of project progress, including monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Identification and resolution of potential conflicts and risks. Development and implementation of project strategies and concepts. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Project management skills are essential for this role.
