The Team In this exciting position, you will be the main responsible person for leading and organizing high-rise construction projects, single-family homes, multi-family homes, as well as commercial and industrial buildings. - You lead and coordinate project teams and work closely with internal and external specialists. - Your tasks include scheduling, cost and quality control throughout the entire project period. - You are the central communication interface between clients, authorities, customers, entrepreneurs, and planners. - Additionally, you support clients and tenants in project-related inquiries and bear responsibility for 2 to 3 parallel projects, supported by experienced construction managers. - Your ability to manage complex projects and consider the needs of all parties involved will be crucial for the success of your projects.
