Project Leader for HVAC Maintenance

As Project Leader for HVAC, you are responsible for the entire project from A to Z, from preparation to delivery.

• You work out the project beforehand, determining materials and manpower and doing necessary calculations. You prepare smaller tenders as a client wants additional services.
• You organize the maintenance of boilers and technical installations. You will need to schedule technicians accordingly and review contracts.
• You will track where technicians need to go, providing mileage information to payroll.
• Budget management is also part of your task package. You will approve expenses in consultation with the client and your site leaders.
  • Working together with site leaders and subcontractors. Discussing budgets and which subcontractor will be used for this. The subcontractor then provides a plan and you follow up to ensure they adhere to it.
• The sites are located throughout Flanders. You will need to handle a variety of techniques such as shafts, boilers, central heating, etc. Depending on the site, you may be 50/50 or 20/80 office and on-site.
