COARE Realisatie is looking for a decisive Project Manager who shows ownership and energy from guiding high-quality building and interior projects. Do you enjoy working on inspiring environments, from shell to complete furnishing? Then this is your chance to build unique, architectural projects.As a Project Manager at COARE, you are responsible for the entire project trajectory: from assignment to delivery and aftercare. You lead the project team, monitors deadlines, budgets, and quality, and is the point of contact for the client. In this role, you work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers and ensure that everything runs smoothly - even under pressure.

Leading projects from assignment to aftercare

Maintaining planning, quality, budget, and safety

Directing project teams and maintaining client contact

Chairing construction meetings and reporting on progress

Suggesting improvements and optimizing processes

You are a natural leader who likes to keep an overview and has an eye for detail. With your experience as a project manager in the construction industry, you know how to organize complex projects.
