Project Leader - Belgium - Civil Engineering and Buildings
Job description
Do you have a special interest in large and prestigious projects—both buildings and civil engineering?
Do you want to support one of our teams and guide them with the goal of delivering a high-quality project according to planning and budget? Then you might be the candidate we're looking for.
- Organisation, planning, and coordination of the project
- Negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Relationship management with clients and stakeholders
- Control and follow-up of the execution
- Guiding site managers and adjusting in case of technical issues
- Organisation of site meetings
- Implementation of ISO- and VCA-procedures (safety, quality, environment)
- Reporting to the Operations Manager (Brussels or Flanders region)
