Your Mission:

You design our customer solutions from scratch – from architecture to clean code. You have direct influence on project success and further development of Codewerk. Identifying new project opportunities belongs to your daily routine like ensuring quality, budget, and timeline.

Your goal is to be responsible for projects worth over 500,000€ with 2-3 people in 3 years.

Project Leadership – Code and Opportunities

• As lead of a 2-3 person team, you'll take the lead, actively participate, and inspire your team to implement ideas and celebrate successes.
• You develop tailored software solutions with your team that don't just work, but thrill.
• From architectural decisions to code reviews to deployment strategies: You lead projects organizationally and technically.
• Time-, resource- and budget planning? For you, it's not a bureaucratic monster, but your tool to achieve ambitious goals smartly.
• You question the status quo, optimize processes, methods, and technical standards – continuous improvement is self-evident for you.

Project Development – Ideas in Business

• You're a sparring partner on eye level for our customers – conceptually, technically, and strategically. Trust instead of service mindset.
• No follower job: You take full responsibility for individual software projects – from the first pitch to conception to final go-live at the customer's.
• You combine entrepreneurial thinking with pragmatic action: You develop your project area strategically further, recognize market opportunities early on, and initiate new projects or service offerings actively.

Qualification

This foundation you bring along:

• You're a maker: Initiative is your second name, and you take challenges calmly.
• Your motivation you transfer gladly to others – in coding as well as customer acquisition.
• Software development is your playground – You know the tools, processes, and right tricks and have already gained some experience in project management.
• Your background: Completed studies in computer science, information technology, economics or a comparable education.
• Communication is your thing: You bring very good German and good English skills with you and can adapt to your various counterparts.
• Your focus is on developing innovative and efficient software solutions. To do this, you use common KI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• And the most important thing: You work well in a team, are reliable, open to new topics, and love moving things!
