Project Lead (Sales & Marketing): Havells Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Position Sector : Renewables, Inverters/PCS & BESS Preferred Industries: Renewables, Battery Energy Storage, Inverter PCS Desired Academic Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech, Electrical/Electronics/Energy MBA Minimum Experience: 8-12 Years Position Overview: We are setting up Havells Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business from scratch as part of the Renewable SBU. This is a foundational, zero-to-one role for handing over the reins to a successor in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for BESS products and solutions. - Identify and prioritize target customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials. - Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions. - Manage and optimize the sales process to achieve revenue targets. - Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Desired Skills: - Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, particularly battery energy storage systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in sales and marketing in the renewable energy sector. - Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Energy or related field; MBA preferred.
