Project Lead / Project Manager – Software Development (m/w/x)

Tasks:

• As part of your activities, you will take over the technical project management of one or more projects for our software solutions - You consolidate the roadmaps of several teams into integrated project plans and plan certification milestones as explicit project gates - You control the scope over sprints or phases and coordinate dependencies between teams and products - In close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners and Requirements Engineers, you will take over the coordination of cross-functional development teams and promote agile working methods - You keep an eye on time, costs & quality, are responsible for risk management and use Jira metrics as input for forecasts and resource planning - You are the central contact person for all relevant stakeholders and inform management transparently about KPIs and project results

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and want to design software with real impact - You have experience in (multi-)project coordination and portfolio management of software projects, ideally in regulated or safety-critical industries - You know agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and work routinely with product management and interdisciplinary development teams - You have a good technical understanding of development processes, as well as test and release management - Your assertiveness, your structured and solution-oriented way of working and your experience in stakeholder management, even in tense situations, distinguish you - Fluent German and English in spoken and written form complete your profile
