Project Lead (m/f/d)

Your Mission

For the establishment and further development of a customer service project for one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Lead (m/f/d) starting immediately for our headquarters in Munich or our capital city office in Berlin. In this position, you will shape processes from scratch, manage several Team Leads, and actively drive the further development of our entire operational setup.
Your Tasks:

• Establishment and further development of scalable processes along the entire customer journey
• Holistic management of projects – you are the central point of contact for our clients
• Leadership of Team Leads as well as permanent and freelance employees
• Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation of operational decisions
• Close collaboration with Recruiting, Training, Quality, and Tech
• Active participation in the strategic further development of our operational setup

Your Skillset

• Sound experience in operations or project management, ideally with independent establishment of structures or processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness, even in dynamic situations
• Clear, binding communication in German and English
• Experience in leading remote working teams

Your Success Goals in the First Year

• Establishment and stabilization of the Team Lead structure for the project
• Defined, documented processes along the customer journey
• Achievement of agreed KPI target values (e.g., customer satisfaction, efficiency)
