Tasks

This is how you take us to the next level – Your tasks:

• End-to-End Responsibility for strategic and critical transformation projects
• Coordination and technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling of project progress, including risk management
• Synchronization with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
• Reporting the project status and further development of methods and best practices

Qualification

This is how we fit together – Your profile:

• Completed education, study or comparable experience in the financial sector and/or IT
• Multiple years of experience as a Project Lead (Applications, IT-Infrastructure, Card Field), ideally certified (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
• Fundamental knowledge of classical and agile software development processes and project management tools
• Excellent team and communication skills, as well as independent, structured work style
• Very good German and good English language skills
