Tasks
This is how you take us to the next level – Your tasks:
- End-to-End Responsibility for strategic and critical transformation projects
- Coordination and technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling of project progress, including risk management
- Synchronization with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
- Reporting the project status and further development of methods and best practices
Qualification
This is how we fit together – Your profile:
- Completed education, study or comparable experience in the financial sector and/or IT
- Multiple years of experience as a Project Lead (Applications, IT-Infrastructure, Card Field), ideally certified (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
- Fundamental knowledge of classical and agile software development processes and project management tools
- Excellent team and communication skills, as well as independent, structured work style
- Very good German and good English language skills
