Project Lead, Hardware Cybersecurity AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge hardware cybersecurity solutions that leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall vision and strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions that meet the project's requirements. Project Management: Plan, organize, and control the project's scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans and materials to ensure that project information is shared with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the project team, encouraging open communication, creativity, and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in hardware cybersecurity, AI, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing. Experience with hardware cybersecurity solutions, including encryption, authentication, and access control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
