Your Responsibilities:

• You will independently lead large DXP projects, from kick-off to go-live and beyond.
• You will manage budget, resources, and scope, and keep an eye on the profitability of your projects.
• You will be the primary point of contact for your clients at management and specialist levels, and will confidently handle even difficult conversations.
• You will actively advise your clients and be their trusted advisor for project requirements.
• You will identify risks early, address them openly, and actively drive solutions before they become escalations.
• You will lead interdisciplinary project teams from development, UX, and consulting, and create clarity where complexity arises.
• You will have sufficient technical understanding to support and question architectural decisions in the Composable DXP environment.
• Together with the PM team, you will further develop our delivery standards.

What You Can Score With:

• 5-7 years of agency experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
• Proven experience in leading DXP projects, ideally in a Composable stack
• Confident management of budgets, resources, and scope
• Experience in escalation management and confident handling of demanding stakeholders
• Fluent German, as we operate in a demanding business context with primarily German-speaking clients

What Adds To Your Score:

• Project experience with Commerce, PIM, or DAM (e.g., Spryker, Pimcore, Emporix)
• PM certification (IPMA, PMI, or similar)
• Fluent English

• Rewards: Bonus system for your personal and entrepreneurial successes. This position is located in the Solution Cluster of TOWA at the . Manager level. The salary is between €70,000 and €95,000 gross/year (All-in). The range indicated includes all salary components and is to be understood as a target salary (e.g., including variable components or other benefits, if applicable). In the event of cooperation, we will create an individual offer for you – the classification within the range depends on your skills, your area of responsibility, and your experience, never on your previous salary.
